Youth
Open stage, job-dating for work that means something, a 48-hour sprint, and a brigade of young creators running all the filming.
The Folio · the Agora’s notebook
The impact arm of Studio être
Where a useful idea finds its allies and its means.
Yoga means union. What the practice unites within a person, the Agora unites among those who each hold part of the solution — around one question, for a limited time, until it becomes a project.
Individual awareness Collective intelligence Collective impact
From the person to the table, from the table to the field.
Three dimensions, each complete in itself and made to carry on into the next: take one, or all three.
The practice
The classical practices, for individuals and for teams: attention, stress, discernment, the conscious use of technology and AI — on your premises or in our hall.
You leave with more stability, clarity and discernment.
The table
Talks, round tables, interviews and seminars where a real question meets those who hold part of the answer: researchers, people in the field, funders, institutions, young people, citizens — and AI, an explicit and debated participant.
You leave with a clearer question, complementary allies, a public voice.
The workshop
Workshops, hackathons and prototyping days where the same table moves to action: a tool, a prototype, an initiative — accelerated by AI and by our technology and science partners — for health, education, work, the living world or public life.
You leave with a prototype, committed means, verified results at 30, 90 and 180 days.
What one person cultivates within, a group can think through together; and what a group understands, it can build.
Innovation starts with who is in the room.
These nine almost never cross paths: the researcher goes to conferences, the funder to business breakfasts, the elected official to public meetings, the young stay online. The Agora brings them to one question — and first has them breathe together.
one questionand thirty minutes of practice before discussing it
A competitor or a critic has a place at the table too: an assembly of allies alone is not an agora.
One question, one month, six movements.
Always the same form, always a new question — like a practice.
beforehand
Frame the question, gather the table.
What comes out: Framing note
opening evening
Thirty minutes of practice, then what is already known about the question.
What comes out: Filmed episode
deliberation evening
A deliberately adversarial round table.
What comes out: Disagreements on record
closed workshop
Twelve to twenty people, one or two real projects, AI as a tool.
What comes out: Dossier, budget, prototype
the Saturday
Public presentation and an exchange of means: money, skills, networks, venues.
What comes out: Signed commitments
30 · 90 · 180 days
Check-ins and a public update.
What comes out: Proof of impact
Recorded, therefore multiplied.
The third room is the audience online. Every evening is recorded, translated and published — on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and as a podcast. What is said at the table does not stop with those who were there.
Restrained communication, on principle: fewer posts and more value, no addictive mechanics, and full transparency about the use of AI.
The table is being set now. Take your seat.
If you hold part of the solution — a question, a field, knowledge, means, a place, a network — write to us. Three lines are enough to begin.
Each arrives with a reason of their own. The table brings together those who kept missing one another.
Companies, local authorities, schools, hospitals, associations, foundations, researchers, citizens. We do not wait to be found: we go to the organisations whose work, expertise or initiatives already call for a table.
Any organisation or person carrying a real need.

The scientist, the field, the means, the institution, the next generation, the voice, the citizen: the seats at the table.

Address: bonjour@studioetre.fr · subject: “Agora — a format”
A format you have wanted to try and never had the room for: a workshop, an evening, a research protocol, something that does not have a name yet. The page is blank. Tell us what you would like to try; we will bring the conditions together — the room, the table, the recording, the follow-through.
Who drives the exchanges, and how are they funded?
Studio être — 50 rue de la Clef, place Monge, 75005 Paris. We collaborate in French, English and Spanish.
Six missions, one chain of consequences.
The missions we open first are chosen to feed one another: what happens to ecosystems reappears in our bodies and minds, and then in how our societies organise themselves.
Screens, sleep and attention in young people — and in the adults around them.
For the teachers, pupils, families and institutions already living the change.
Biodiversity, food, soil: a question of health and attention as much as of ecology.
Isolation, care, and the health of those who help.
As automation redistributes tasks, value and meaning.
Participation and public trust, including the responsible use of AI in civic life.
The Cycle digs into one question. The Week opens the doors to everyone.
Four major Weeks a year, anchored to national calendar moments, to bring in those who would never come: a sixteen-year-old, a seventy-eight-year-old, a family from the neighbourhood.
September · back to school
Open stage, job-dating for work that means something, a 48-hour sprint, and a brigade of young creators running all the filming.
October · Semaine bleue
Chair yoga, memory and attention, fall prevention, and an oral archive of the neighbourhood filmed by the young.
March · Brain Awareness Week
Neurotechnology demonstrations, open measurements of heart and brain, and the ethical controversies debated in public.
May · Fête de la Nature
Practice outdoors, sensory walks, repair and sufficiency, urban farming, cooking what grew nearby.
In March, a walnut rather than a seasonal fruit: it is shaped like a brain.
Our hall, in the 5th arrondissement.
Central Paris, among the scientific, academic and public institutions the Agora is built to convene — and open enough that the neighbourhood comes too.

Before you take a seat.
Any organisation or person carrying a real need: a company, a local authority, a school, a hospital, an association, a residents’ group. A few lines are enough to begin — what you are trying to solve, and what you have already tried.
Yes, if it accepts being contradicted. Many organisations whose practices are debated are also transforming part of what they do; the table is the place to show it, to test it in front of those who doubt it, and to find the actors who can take it further with them. What is not negotiable: the critics have a seat, and nothing is presented as settled without proof.
That it is an explicit and debated participant — never decoration, never the referee. It tests hypotheses, connects disciplines, shows what is missing, and helps produce quickly: syntheses, translations, mock-ups. Decisions stay human and attributed, and the use of AI is always declared.
It depends on who takes the initiative. Often we compose a table around a question and invite the actors who can answer it; at other times an organisation comes with its own initiative and we build the format with it. The terms are therefore set case by case, with each party. Let’s talk.
The public evenings, yes: they are recorded and published in three languages. Working sessions are documented, and what is published from them is published with the agreement of those who worked in them.
Yes, in two ways. Everything said in the room is published online, in French, English and Spanish. And the method is made to travel: a town hall, a company, a school or an association can host a Cycle on its own ground, with our support for the first edition.
